Intern - Credit Analytics

As a Financial Analyst at our company, your role will involve working on detailed financial models and drafting credit reports. You should possess strong financial analysis concepts and excellent communication skills. The position may be an individual contributor role. Key Responsibilities: - Developing detailed financial models including transaction details, financial statement analysis, projections, ratio analysis, credit metrics, among others. - Conducting thorough analysis of loan opportunities across various sectors and geographies. - Performing sensitivity analysis on projections for stress testing on loans for serviceability. - Identifying deal-specific covenants that can serve as early warning signals while monitoring loans. - Drafting concise credit reports with key takeaways for credit and risk review. - Conducting detailed industry and market studies to understand the operating environment of borrowers. - Engaging with clients to address data gaps, inconsistencies, and analytical frameworks. Desired Skills: - Ability to draft credit reports effectively. - Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts. - Excellent communication skills for interaction with Debt Directors, clients, and stakeholders. - Personal attributes such as proactive nature, flexibility, creativity, result-driven mindset, responsibility, curiosity, teamwork, and quick learning ability. - Preferably a CA/MBA fresher or a CA pursuing final exams. - Hands-on attitude with the capability to comprehend the big picture. - Adaptability to a culture that embraces change and values speed in daily work.
