Intermediate Technical Writer

As an Intermediate Technical Writer at Innovatia Content Solutions, you will be part of an industry-leading content solutions provider with expertise in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Energy sectors. Your role will involve reviewing documentation, editing developer documentation, ensuring high-quality content, and collaborating with multiple authors to enhance publishing workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Review documentation and make edits to enhance formatting, document flow, technical content, and graphics/diagrams. - Edit developer documentation, including tutorials and reference information. - Ensure the quality of content by implementing effective publishing workflows. - Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Apply problem-solving abilities to deliver results effectively. Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in an IT environment as a Technical Writer. - Proficient in DITA authoring and publishing XML tools, Networking technologies, and Agile methodology. - Familiarity with Installation Guides, Upgrade Guide is a must. - Strong technical aptitude to understand complex technologies, especially in IT networking and software development. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
