As an Intermediate Technical Writer at Innovatia Content Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and be a part of a leading content solutions provider specializing in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Energy sectors. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external teams to develop, plan, and write/edit technical documentation. You will utilize your expertise in DITA XML-based authoring tools to ensure the documentation is accurate, clear, and accessible to users with varying levels of technical knowledge. Additionally, you will research new trends in information delivery, lead initiatives to enhance content quality and usability, and contribute to team processes and strategy discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Research and analyze documentation requirements - Create documentation plans and write technical content - Utilize DITA XML-based authoring tools effectively - Perform risk analysis and estimate work for documentation projects - Stay updated on technology, tools, and processes in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrate strong analytical and technical aptitude in grasping complex technologies - Lead efforts to improve content quality, usability, and team processes - Mentor junior and intermediate writers - Apply information architecture methodologies and Agile/Waterfall development methodologies - Possess deep understanding of telecommunications, cloud, and networking domains - Find creative solutions to complex documentation challenges - Adapt writing style to project requirements - Apply principles of minimalism in documentation Qualifications: - Proficiency in DITA authoring and publishing XML tools, Networking technologies, and Agile methodology - Background in Cloud technologies is an advantage - Strong technical aptitude in IT networking and software development domains - Excellent written and verbal communication skills At Innovatia, we offer a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, employee wellness programs, reward and recognition initiatives, company incentive programs, and attractive leave policies.
