As a Design & Interiors professional at our organization, your primary objective will be to contribute to developing and implementing the Design & Interiors strategy and concepts for Sattva projects across various locations. From the initial specifications to the final blueprint stage of projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the design meets all required specifications and standards as per organizational requirements. Your key responsibilities will include strategically ensuring that all designs align with customer preferences and trends, building in-house capabilities to evaluate and refine external designs, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. You will also be responsible for overseeing project design from topographical surveys to feasibility studies, preparing tender documents, and managing relationships with design consultants and architects. Operationally, you will need to collaborate with various departments to ensure timely provision of design-related information, coordinate with business development teams on land details, and drive innovation and sustainability in concept designs. Your financial responsibilities will involve participating in negotiations for cost savings, preparing project budgets, and monitoring budget utilization. Moreover, you will play a key role in recruitment, training, and career development within the department, fostering a culture of learning, excellence, and innovation. Your technical skills should include knowledge of the Real Estate industry, project designing procedures, relevant software applications, and understanding of local laws impacting project design. Additionally, your behavioral skills such as customer orientation, planning, influencing, attention to detail, and creativity will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture or a Diploma in a related field.
