As a Specialist- 3D Design/Visualization, you will be a valuable member of our creative team, responsible for bringing design concepts to life through high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations. Working closely with our design and project teams, you will play a critical role in creating immersive visual experiences for various Commercial/Corporate Office interior design projects. Your duties and responsibilities will include creating realistic and high-quality 3D visualizations, such as renderings and walkthroughs, collaborating with the Design Director and Senior Interior Designers to interpret and translate design concepts into compelling visual outputs. Additionally, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of interior design drawings, details, and materials to develop innovative solutions while ensuring visual consistency with project specifications, brand guidelines, and client expectations. As a hands-on team player, you will be capable of developing and motivating both teams and individuals to deliver high-quality projects. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a 3D Designer/Visualizer. Your technical proficiency should include strong skills in 3D modeling software like SketchUp, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, VRay/Corona Render engines (with preference given to Enscape and/or Lumion) and proficiency in Unreal is a plus. Additionally, you should have graphic design knowledge with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and be proficient in interiors modeling, lighting, and rendering. It is advantageous if you are familiar with international design projects and progressive, modern trends and projects.
