Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with experience in interior projects to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, managing labor, and ensuring timely completion of interior works as per design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations at interior project sites
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
• Monitor material usage and manage on-site inventory
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at the site
• Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
• Report daily progress and resolve site-level issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior project supervision
• Basic knowledge of materials and interior execution techniques
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical requirements
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel to various sites as required
