Interior Site Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of interior design projects as a Site Supervisor. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily operations at the site, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and meeting project deadlines. You will supervise and manage day-to-day operations at the site to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of interior designs as per approved plans and specifications. It will be crucial for you to liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of materials. You will also coordinate with the design team for clarifications on technical drawings or changes in design. Monitoring work quality to ensure it meets the company's standards and client expectations will be part of your role. You will conduct regular inspections and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly. Ensuring that the project progresses according to the schedule and within the stipulated timelines will be essential. Addressing delays or issues affecting project milestones will also fall under your responsibilities. You will enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conducting safety briefings and ensuring the use of protective equipment on-site will be crucial. Maintaining daily progress reports, site logs, and records of material usage and inventory will be part of your documentation responsibilities. You will also prepare reports for management on site progress and challenges. Addressing on-site challenges and proposing practical solutions to resolve them will be a key aspect of your role. You may need to mediate conflicts between various stakeholders when required. This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, Haryana. The ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is preferred. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of total work experience. The work location is in person, with a preference for day shift availability and willingness to travel up to 25%.,
