Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interior & Finishing Manager to oversee and manage all finishing activities in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, and interior design. This role requires expertise in supervising flooring, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and ensuring that projects meet the highest quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Management: Supervise and manage all finishing activities, including flooring, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Ensure smooth execution of all finishing works in alignment with project specifications. Quality & Compliance: Ensure that all finishing works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor and ensure that workmanship meets the highest industry standards. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure proper communication between teams to resolve any issues and avoid delays. Inspection & Rectification: Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards and specifications. Oversee rectification works when necessary to ensure project standards are maintained. Project Scheduling & Reporting: Maintain project schedules and track progress to ensure projects are completed on time. Report progress updates and issues to senior management. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve on-site issues related to finishing works, ensuring timely solutions. Work closely with teams to find cost-effective and efficient resolutions to problems. Material & Workmanship Standards: Ensure that materials used for finishing works meet quality standards. Ensure that all work is completed as per agreed material specifications and industry best practices. Desired Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Designing. Experience: Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Finishing Manager or in a similar role in the construction industry. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of finishing materials, techniques, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Key Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and efficiently.
