Interior Designer (Vehicle Design)

As an Automotive Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing automotive interiors, including overall interiors and components such as Instrument panel, HVAC, and SRS systems. Your role will involve conducting initial research, ideation, and renders to bring your designs to life. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating 3D and 2D visualizations for interior components - Developing part designs with a strong focus on quality and aesthetics - Collaborating with engineering, QA, and other teams to ensure seamless design and development of vehicle interiors To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Masters degree (M Des) in Automobile design, industrial design, product design, or a related field - Proficiency in 3D form sketching and renders generation - Basic knowledge of surfacing and 3D modelling techniques - Familiarity with 3D software such as ALIAS, Rhina, and Surfacer would be advantageous - Ability to study and benchmark to identify future trends in interior design - Experience in creating mood boards and concepts based on user research, benchmarking, and trend mapping for automotive interiors This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of innovative vehicle interiors, where your creativity and technical skills will play a key role in shaping the future of automotive design.,
