Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional who can take on a dual role as an Interior Designer and Site Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be both creative and detail-oriented, capable of designing stunning interiors and ensuring flawless execution on-site. This role involves collaborating with clients to conceptualize designs and supervising the implementation of those designs to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.

Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.

Select and source materials, furnishings, and finishes.

Create detailed drawings and presentations to communicate ideas effectively.

Prepare cost estimates and timelines for projects.

Stay updated on design trends, materials, and techniques to deliver innovative solutions.

Site Supervision:

Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure projects are executed as per the design plan.

Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to maintain workflow and resolve challenges.

Inspect and verify the quality of materials, finishes, and workmanship.

Maintain on-site inventory, tools, and materials.

Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.

Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Conduct site measurements and ensure all work aligns with approved design plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in interior design and site supervision.

Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar software.

Strong understanding of space planning, materials, color schemes, and construction methods.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction.

Preferred:

Experience in modular interiors and furniture manufacturing.

Familiarity with your company’s machinery, such as hydraulic cold press, sliding table saw, and automatic edge banding.
