About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer with strong sales acumen to join our growing team. This role combines creativity with client engagement—ideal for professionals who are passionate about design and confident in presenting and converting interior solutions into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet potential clients, understand project requirements, and convert leads into confirmed projects
• Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare compelling presentations, mood boards, and quotations
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and design walkthroughs with clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reporting to the management
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design with client-facing or sales role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
• Proactive, target-driven, and well-presented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift
