Interior Designer

As an Architectural Professional, your role will involve: - Familiarizing yourself with regulations and industry codes and standards that impact all architectural work within the department. - Updating job-related issues to the relevant stakeholders. - Ensuring quality assurance by adhering to QMS norms and maintaining necessary documents for the project scope of work. - Preparing and checking designs & SOQ. - Checking and issuing IFC drawings related to your project. - Maintaining record prints, check prints, commented prints, drawings, and checklists. - Allocating appropriate work and providing necessary architectural inputs to designers. - Checking interfaces for IFC Drawings. To be eligible for this position, you need to meet the following qualifications: - Architecture Degree from an accredited college or university. In addition to the qualifications, you are required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience, including 1 year of training. Your skills and competencies should include: - Basic knowledge of development control rules and general building requirements. - Proficiency in design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, etc. - Understanding of project specifications and standards. - Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). - Good communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with 3D presentation packages such as 3D Studio Max, etc.,
