Job Summary
Objective of the profile: To successfully convert the opportunities of Modular Kitchens / Wardrobes by providing techno-commercially perfect design propositions

Job Description/ Key responsibilities of the role:

Potential Generation

1. To attend walk ins

2. Inquiry generation over CRM

3. Follow ups / nurture the leads

4. Convert that leads into potential through registration

5. Lead generation : when goes on site & pass on the same lead to BD team

Design & Estimation

Effective bridge call

Designing:

1. Site analysis- Initial site measurement with Needs & requirements analysis

2. Review the Plan which incorporate the needs & requirement in Autocad

3. Validate the Design presentation prepared by SAH which include aesthetically + technically perfect designs.

Estimation:

Validate worksheet & Quote which are commercially in sync with the client needs & budgets

Sales / Revenue Generation

Presentation:

1. Present the design options & relate the requirements with the solutions proposed.

2. Do the changes in as per the received inputs in the client presentation meeting & Plan Client meeting

Sales Conversion:

1. On-time Follow-ups

2. Proper Negotiations

3. Successful Sales Closures

4. Ensuring timely order booking payment from clients

Post-Sale Coordination

1. Obtain Final site measurements along with Project Incharge

2. Do the changes in Working drawings as per FSM

3. Providing timely SET D for order processing / Order Process basis all the finalized specs & details.

4. Resolving issues (If any)

5. Sync & Collaborate with the Execution team for successful project completion.

Project Management & CRM updates

Ensuring timely Project planning & management for collaboration and harmonious working with all functions of the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:
