Tasks: Keep an ongoing dialogue with enrolled IDs Enroll new IDs in explain eMERaldz program Become Single point of contact for eMERaldz program Drive sales through IDs Explain special and standard folder-based product line Try and meet direct customers as well wherever given an opportunity Create more avenues of local / national engagements through Personal Invites to Exhibitions Focused meets at Display Centre (if available) Plant visits Warming up the interactions by repeat visits to IDs Facilitating folder requirements, customer interaction & selections, if desired by the ID All visits to the IDs will be followed basis define PJP monitored through tech app Other Details Reporting to Branch Manager with dotted line working with select project sales team members Whether they directly convert sales, or their leads are jointly converted to sale, in both the cases KRCs will get sales attribution which will be linked to their incentive program
