About the job: As an Interior Designer at Loft Studio, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Autodesk 3ds Max to create stunning and innovative designs for our clients. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help us bring our clients' vision to life. Key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements for residential and commercial spaces. 2. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Autodesk 3ds Max. 3. Select and source materials, furniture, and accessories that align with the client's style and budget. 4. Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making revisions as necessary. 5. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design projects. 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the interior design industry. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
