About the Role

As an Interior Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in bridging design vision with client requirements. While the role is design-led, it involves client consulting, material selection, on-site interaction, and sales ownership—ensuring each space is beautifully tailored and successfully delivered.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on live interior projects while also managing client relationships and guiding them throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet clients to understand their needs, budget, lifestyle, and design preferences.

• Material & Product Guidance: Recommend suitable materials, finishes, brands, and solutions aligned with client vision and practicality.

• Site Visits: Conduct on-site assessments to gather inputs, take measurements, and provide design-based suggestions.

• Design Collaboration: Coordinate with in-house designers to create layouts, 3D renders, and presentations aligned with client feedback.

• Presentation & Proposal: Present mood boards, design options, and final designs, ensuring clarity on scope, functionality, and aesthetics.

• Costing & Planning: Align project scope with estimated costs and update clients on pricing, inclusions, and brand options.

• Sales Closure: Drive the end-to-end sales funnel—from first meeting to final sign-off and handover.

• Client Relationship: Maintain regular updates and a smooth communication flow with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• Strong design sense and knowledge of home materials & fittings

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, PowerPoint, SketchUp (preferred)

• Self-motivated, confident, and client-focused personality

• Freshers with design internships and good material knowledge mandatory.
