**Job Title: Interior Designer ** **Company Overview:** Purti Realty is a leading real estate development firm dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable residential and commercial properties across India. With a commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction, we strive to exceed expectations and set new benchmarks in the industry. **Position Overview:** As an Interior Designer you will be responsible for overseeing the interior design and construction processes for our ongoing & upcoming projects. You will be responsible for develop interior design and manage timely deliverables of the project. **Location:** Kolkata, India **Responsibilities:** Proficiency in architectural and design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe etc. Oversee multiple large scale residential projects. Knowledge of best practices in both architectural design and interior decor. Knowledge of end-end interior designing work of residential projects Ability to conceptualize and execute interior spaces that align with client specifications, including color schemes, materials etc. Inspect construction to ensure adherence to requirements and compliance with codes and standards. Ability to lead and manage projects from concept to completion.
