The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architecture and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. Daily tasks include creating and maintaining detailed construction drawings, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring all models are compliant with the latest industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a BIM Modeler Knowledge of Architecture, MEP and Construction Drawings Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and remotely ITI, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering - Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction, Scan to BIM or design industry is a plus Minimum 2 year to 5 years of experience in Revit Architecture & MEP projects.
