Interior Designer

• The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and technical skills, particularly in modular kitchen design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Concept Development: Develop creative and innovative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Space Planning: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts using AutoCAD.
• 3D Visualization: Generate realistic 3D renderings using 3ds Max to help clients visualize the final design.
• Modular Kitchen Design: Specialize in designing efficient and stylish modular kitchens, including material selection, appliance integration, and hardware specifications.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from the initial design phase through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Material Selection: Source and select furniture, lighting, flooring, textiles, and other materials.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, good knowledge 3ds Max
• Proven experience in designing and executing modular kitchen projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential or commercial projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and industry standards.
