Key Responsibilities

• Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day site execution for interior fit-out works including civil, joinery, furniture, ceiling, flooring, partitions, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire, and finishing.
• Ensure adherence to approved design drawings, specifications, BOQ, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure proper sequencing of works to avoid rework or delays.

• Coordination & Liaison

• Act as the

  bridge

  between the Interior Designer, Civil/MEPF agencies, vendors, and the company’s management team.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design discrepancies, technical queries, or site challenges.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and method statements.

• Project Control & Monitoring

• Track project schedule and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Maintain site progress reports, quality checklists, and snag lists.
• Highlight risks, delays, or deviations proactively to management and suggest corrective measures.

• Quality & Safety

• Enforce strict quality control standards in line with international-grade corporate office fit-outs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements.
• Verify that materials used are as per approved BOQ/specifications.

• Commercial Awareness

• Assist management in verifying contractor bills, variation claims, and material reconciliations.
• Monitor wastage, cost control, and efficient resource deployment at site.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or Architecture.

• Experience:

  8–10 years in

  interior fit-out execution

  of large-scale

  corporate/commercial projects (minimum 100,000 sq. ft.)

• Strong understanding of

  civil finishes, joinery, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, interior, and MEPF drawings.
• Knowledge of

  project management tools

  (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and site reporting methods.
• Excellent

  coordination, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple contractors/vendors and drive them toward timely delivery.
