Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality concept designs and 3D visualizations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and VRay, ensuring creativity while meeting functional and technical requirements.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation to support execution teams and contractors.

Work closely with clients to understand their design vision, gather requirements, and translate them into practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
Participate in client presentations, explaining design concepts, material selections, and space layouts for approval and decision-making.
Coordinate with vendors, site engineers, and consultants to ensure accurate design implementation during the construction phase.
Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to improve design quality and efficiency.
Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress, review measurements, and provide design direction where needed.
