Job Description: The 3D Visualization Artist is responsible for creating high-quality architectural visualizations using Lumion and V-Ray. They collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to transform 2D drawings and 3D models into photorealistic or stylized renderings and animations. Key Responsibilities: Produce still images, walkthroughs, and flythrough animations using Lumion and V-Ray. Import and optimize 3D models from Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max. Apply lighting, materials, and environmental effects to create realistic scenes. Post-process rendered images for presentations using Photoshop or similar tools. Work closely with design teams to ensure visuals align with project goals. Skills Required: Proficiency in Lumion and V-Ray rendering engines. Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit. Understanding of materials, lighting, and composition. Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. 2. Architectural Renderer (V-Ray/Lumion) Job Description: The Architectural Renderer focuses on producing photorealistic renders of architectural designs using V-Ray and Lumion. The role involves enhancing architectural presentations with accurate lighting, textures, and perspectives. Key Responsibilities: Render high-quality architectural visuals for client presentations and marketing. Integrate V-Ray and Lumion into standard architectural workflows. Customize render settings for optimal speed and quality. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver on-brand imagery. Skills Required: Expert-level knowledge of V-Ray (especially with 3ds Max/SketchUp) and Lumion. Familiarity with architectural concepts and design language. Ability to adapt rendering styles to different client requirements. 3. Visualization Specialist – Lumion & V-Ray Expert Job Description: A Visualization Specialist brings architectural and interior design concepts to life through immersive renders and animations, using Lumion for real-time visualization and V-Ray for photorealistic outputs. Key Responsibilities: Interpret architectural plans and develop visuals accordingly. Create custom materials, lighting setups, and render presets. Manage rendering pipelines and asset libraries. Ensure output matches brand aesthetics and design vision. Skills Required: Deep knowledge of Lumion and V-Ray tools. Ability to create moodboards and conceptual visual direction.
