Position Overview

We are looking for passionate and skilled Interior Design Faculty to teach and mentor degree and diploma students. The faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions, preparing students for academic and professional success, and ensuring smooth coordination of academic activities including internal assessments and university examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and studio sessions for degree and diploma students in Interior Design.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in line with the syllabus.
• Guide students on academic projects, design portfolios, and internships.
• Prepare teaching aids, presentations, and course materials for effective learning.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute internal examinations and university assessments.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.
• Ensure academic discipline and motivate students towards creative and professional excellence.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and management to maintain curriculum standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate real-world insights into teaching.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Interior Design or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching experience in Interior Design (academic or professional training institute) desirable.
• Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.) and design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor, inspire, and engage students creatively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to academic deadlines.

Work Options

• Full-Time Faculty: 6 days a week, regular working hours.
• Part-Time Faculty: Flexible schedule, subject to batch timings and session requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
