Interior Design Consultant

As the Lead Designer at HomeLane, you will be responsible for managing a set of customers from the initial meeting to finalizing the design. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and providing them with the best design solutions for their homes. - Handling tasks such as quoting, detailed designing, and preparing production drawings for manufacturing. - Managing and prioritizing multiple design projects effectively. - Analyzing sales reports, project turnaround time, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of a 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution. - Proficiency in Google Sketchup software and hands-on experience with residential projects. - Strong site experience and the ability to ensure proposed designs can be installed seamlessly. - Customer-centric approach to providing functional and aesthetically pleasing designs while considering the customer's budget. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in the local language being desirable.
