Interior Design Assistant

As an Interior Design Assistant, your role will involve assisting Senior Interior Designers in creating innovative and functional design concepts for various spaces. You will participate in selecting and arranging furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes. Additionally, you will assist in developing detailed interior design plans, including 2D and 3D renderings. Collaboration with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success will also be a key responsibility. Staying updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies, contributing to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and assisting in creating and presenting design proposals to clients are crucial tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Senior Interior Designers in creating innovative and functional design concepts - Participate in furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes selection and arrangement - Develop detailed interior design plans including 2D and 3D renderings - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors for project execution - Research and stay current on industry trends, materials, and technologies - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions - Assist in creating and presenting design proposals to clients Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field - Previous experience or internship in an interior design role - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors - Demonstrated creativity and passion for interior design The company is looking for candidates with skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, design principles, space planning, attention to detail, organization, communication, and creativity. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gurgaon City, Haryana. Reliable commuting or willingness to relocate before starting work is preferred.
