o Collaborate with Architects, Interior designers & dealers to drive brand awareness & generate business
o Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
o Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze client requirements.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and clients.
o Ensure seamless communication, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
o Follow up on client feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
o Achieve sales targets, margins, and revenue goals within the specified timelines.
o Manage sales pipeline and forecasts for accurate revenue projections.
o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.
o Develop strategies to position the companys products/services as the preferred choice in the market.
o Work closely with internal teams (design, operations, and marketing) to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
o Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
? Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the home interior solutions industry.
