Interior Architect(COMMERCIAL)

• Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models for interior and architectural projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and functional requirements.
• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local zoning laws.
• Visit sites for surveys, progress checks, and project execution oversight.
• Recommend materials and finishes in line with design vision and budget.
• Stay updated with current trends, sustainability practices, and design software.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Strong creativity, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of current design trends and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
