Interior Architect (Healthcare)

As an Interior Designer/Architect at Acenzo, you will be responsible for designing healthcare environments with a focus on hospital planning, patient-centric design, and functional efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with a dynamic team to create transformative designs. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Demonstrating excellent experience in interior design delivery of large-scale healthcare projects - Managing all design stages from Concept Design to GFC, including site supervision - Hands-on design involvement and communication with vendors and suppliers for technical solutions and materials selection - Working efficiently on projects within deadlines and budget, in collaboration with a multi-design team - Implementing design thinking, creating sample boards, preliminary and final designs, and developing details, furniture, fixtures, and lighting layouts - Developing detailed designs and selecting materials and finishes with input from others - Managing selection, budgeting, scheduling, and FF&E products - Collaborating with furniture/fixture/equipment dealers and conducting client presentations - Producing technical drawings up to construction stage - Utilizing strong communication skills for complex coordination with multiple sub-consultants on projects **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture - 2 to 15 years of experience in Interior Design Delivery and Detailing, preferably with healthcare or large-scale project experience - Demonstrated track record of healthcare experience in Interior Design with knowledge of project construction and manufacturing - Ability to select and schedule material finishes, fixtures, furniture, and equipment - Advising clients and other parties on all design, construction, technical, and regulation aspects of a project - Experience in coordinating with small to medium-size architectural teams - Exposure to relevant software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lumion, and Enscape is advantageous If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for innovative healthcare design and a desire to collaborate with experts in the field, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and portfolio to careers@acenzo.in with the subject line "Interior Architect Application."
