Duties and Responsibilities Works under general direction. Responsible for providing leadership and direction of specific BIM technologies to assigned project teams. Develops technical solutions to wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Perform complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit software to achieve set results and deadlines. Lead the design and implementation of HVAC systems for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building components. Utilize advanced BIM software to create detailed 3D models of HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in design. Conduct energy analysis and simulations to optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency. Mentor and train junior designers in BIM best practices and HVAC design principles. Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows for the HVAC department. Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and address technical inquiries. Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to HVAC design and BIM technology. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies within the organization. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC design for large-scale commercial and industrial projects Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, and Plant 3D Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and troubleshooting Demonstrated experience in energy analysis and system optimization Professional Engineer (PE) license required LEED Accredited Professional certification preferred Strong understanding of building codes and ASHRAE standards Expertise in Fire Fighting systems including Hydrant system, Sprinkler system, Fire Zoning, Fire Extinguishers, and Clean agent systems Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide junior designers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Manage and support SmartPlant (SPI, SPPID, SPEL, S3D) and AVEVA PDMS tools for brownfield LNG projects, ensuring data accuracy, system access, model updates, reporting, MOC compliance, and cross-team collaboration across engineering functions. Required Candidate profile Experienced Digital Engineer (10–15 yrs) with strong expertise in SmartPlant Suite (SPI, SPPID, SPEL, S3D) and AVEVA PDMS, supporting brownfield LNG projects, MOC processes, and engg data/model mgmt

Performs complex BIM or Plant Data Centric assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms, such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, Plant 3D, etc. software, to achieve set results and deadlines Duties and Responsibilities Familiar with TBM tunneling system and development of TBM machine and Tunnel profile related drawings in latest CAD version. Worked in TBM tunneling construction industry in project site . Capable of developing accurate drawings with given co-ordinate system and compare different drawing on superimposing mode. Worked extensively on CAD drawings for Tunnel system and acquainted with basic knowledge of EPM TBM. Tallying drawing with respect to co-ordinates and centre line system. Making shop drawings and station tunnel interface drawings. Knows about tunnel Geometry. Works under limited supervision. Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content. Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.). Qualifications Diploma (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college, institute or university. 10+ Years Experience.developed tunneling construction drawings Knows about tunnel Geometry.
