About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Associate to join our Investor Relations & Strategic Initiatives team for a 6-month period. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic projects, investor engagement, and cross-functional coordination at a cutting-edge aerospace startup. Key Responsibilities Support the Investor Relations team in executing fundraising activities, market research, and strategic initiatives. Conduct in-depth research on potential investors, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities. Track action items, manage project timelines, and ensure timely follow-ups across multiple workstreams. Collaborate closely with senior leadership (EVP of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff) on investor communications and stakeholder engagement. Assist in preparing and reviewing materials such as investor presentations, reports, and communications to ensure clarity and consistency. Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Chief of Staff, including meeting logistics, documentation, and task tracking. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong academic background with demonstrated initiative and ownership. High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Competencies Research & Analysis: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data into meaningful insights. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting professional documents and summaries.
