You will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP SD. This includes performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions. You will be required to identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements, as well as facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Your role will involve mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and developing necessary product modifications to meet clients" needs. You will act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems. Handling changes or emergency transports for high priority issues will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements, provide consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects, and offer ad-hoc training and user support as required. You should be able to work self-directed and independently, and may act as a subject matter mentor to more junior team members. To qualify for this role, you should have a graduate degree in any stream and possess 6-8 years of SAP experience in the SD module. Exposure to S4H is a must, along with knowledge of Taxation GST and interface with GSTN. A good understanding of interfacing with external systems such as DMS, Portals, EWM, TM, etc., and awareness about different types of interfaces like Idoc, XML, APIs, and Webservices are required. Possessing an SAP SD certification would be an added advantage. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location will be in person.,
