You should be an experienced Pega Certified System Architect (CSA and CSSA) with a minimum of 6+ years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to understand given requirements thoroughly and work independently on Pega projects. It is essential that you have a solid understanding of the Design and Core features of Pega, with hands-on experience in 8.8.x or above versions. Your role will involve designing applications from scratch within Pega, including class structure and organizational design. Experience in building REST APIs and working on Pega applications in a Cloud-based architecture is crucial. You should have a strong grasp of Pega Architecture and supporting infrastructure, as well as proven experience in delivering solutions in either PEGA Business or PEGA Technical Environment. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will be required to interact with business customers, internal teams, and clients effectively. You must be capable of leading requirements discussions, pushing back when necessary, and ensuring that out-of-the-box capabilities are leveraged to meet business needs. Additionally, you should be adept at providing architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega. Your technical expertise should extend to exploring new capabilities of Pega technology and ensuring that Pega applications/solutions are scalable, robust, and adhere to best practices in security, performance, and integrations. Experience in Agile methodology and working with cloud systems is highly desirable. Overall, you should possess strong leadership skills to lead a team independently throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to transition. Your ability to provide technical consultation to business partners and IT management, while following established standards and methodologies, will be key to your success in this role.,
