As a Senior Business Analyst, your core responsibilities will include understanding and reviewing business requirements to articulate detailed functional specifications, business scenarios, and process flows. You will liaise directly with business users from the bank, ensuring end-to-end delivery of the solution scope. Leading the Business Analyst stream for the project, you will provide support during various phases of functional testing, participate in defect triage, root-cause analysis, and query resolution. Additionally, you will showcase the product and provide training to project stakeholders, while reviewing design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements. To excel in this role, you must have experience in functional requirement elicitation and solution design, documenting use cases/business requirements (BRD), user stories/functional specifications (FSD, FRD), process flow diagrams, interface mapping, and UI wireframes. You should also possess skills in product fitment, gap analysis, and requirement traceability, along with reviewing test case scenarios. Your experience should encompass working in a complete SDLC, including Waterfall and/or Agile models. Proven client interaction and direct participation in client requirement gathering, elicitation, functional solution design, and defect triage are essential. In addition to technical skills, you must exhibit excellent oral and written communication in English, along with good presentation and training abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required for effective performance. Understanding of core banking systems and basic technical knowledge of databases, APIs, and MQ can be advantageous. Any industry-recognized Business Analyst certifications would be considered beneficial for this role.,
