Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarder located in Mumbai. The Freight Forwarder will be responsible for managing day-to-day forwarding tasks, facilitating exports and imports, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include liaising with shippers, booking with carriers or airlines, arranging customs examinations, coordinating warehouse space, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Qualifications Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation Skilled in Forwarding and Export processes Strong Customer Service skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred Experience with customs clearance and warehouse management is a plus
