Job Description

You will be responsible for managing various servers such as Active Directory, File Server, Web Server (IIS, Apache, Nginx), and Application Server. This includes installation, troubleshooting, and backup of Database Servers like MS-SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL. Additionally, you will handle the installation of new Windows Server, Linux, and Desktop systems, as well as the installation and troubleshooting of applications like VB, C#, .NET, etc. Basic knowledge of managing Public Cloud services such as AWS, Azure is required along with experience in Virtual Hypervisor management using Hyper-V or Esxi. You will be tasked with managing Virtual Machines/Servers and ensuring proper backups are in place. Troubleshooting server hardware and OS issues, assisting in patch deployment and server upgrades, monitoring server performance and availability, and addressing end-user issues escalated from Desktop Support are also part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will work on ongoing IT projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of transformative AI projects within our technology-driven publishing and legal-tech organization.,
