As a Piping Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality, adhering to the budget, and meeting project schedules for piping stress analysis tasks. Your primary duties will include reviewing technical documentation and requirements provided by clients, designing piping support components, and issuing project piping stress specifications and critical lines lists. You will be responsible for performing calculations on critical piping networks, resolving high pipe loads on equipment nozzles, and addressing high secondary stresses in piping. Additionally, you will issue loads necessary for the design of pipe-rack and foundations, as well as provide the technical specifications for all piping support components required for stress analysis. Maintaining project technical files, updating company standards, and performing inter-discipline checks on documents related to piping materials are also key aspects of this role. You will be required to review subcontracted discipline engineering documents and isometrics for construction of critical lines prepared by piping design engineers. Collaboration with multi-discipline leads such as Electrical, Piping, Civil, Structural, and HVAC teams is essential. Strong knowledge and experience with CAESAR II software is a must, while hands-on experience with 3D modeling plants like AutoCAD Plant 3D or E3D is preferred. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of piping stress analysis tasks within the project scope and timeline.,
