The Role: As a General Ledger Accountant, you will be an integral part of the centralized Finance team based in Bengaluru. Your responsibilities will include recording and analyzing transactions, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance, preparing financial reports, and facilitating inter-company reporting at AiDASH. How you'll make an impact: - Accelerate the monthly closure process to enhance efficiency. - Ensure timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reporting. - Assist in audits and other compliance-related activities. - Contribute to streamlining the consolidated financial closures. What we're looking for: - 7-10 years of experience in Accounting and ERP functions. - Proficiency in monthly Accounts closure procedures and associated tasks. - Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - A university degree in accounting or a related field is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with NetSuite software. - Previous experience in Global Multiunit setups.
