The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT systems, hardware/software troubleshooting, ERP systems, and network security. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day IT operations including hardware and software troubleshooting. Manage and maintain the Microsoft ERP system, ensuring smooth data processing and user support. Monitor and administer intercom systems, ensuring seamless internal communication. Oversee security systems and ensure regular maintenance and upgrades. Assist in maintaining the network infrastructure, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service support. Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place and functioning. Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides. Required Skills & Experience: 46 years of experience in EDP/IT support or related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft ERP systems. Strong knowledge of networking and system security. Experience with intercom and surveillance system management. Hands-on experience in hardware/software troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certification in networking/security (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, etc.) is a plus.
