You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging math curriculum for primary and secondary school levels. This includes creating lesson plans, practice worksheets, assessments, and teacher guides. It will be crucial to ensure that the curriculum aligns with national academic standards and learning outcomes. Incorporating logical reasoning, problem-solving, and concept clarity into the content is essential. Collaborating with subject experts, academic heads, and teachers to gather feedback and facilitate development will be a key part of your role. Utilizing visual tools, digital content, and interactive methods to simplify math concepts for students is a must. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for teachers on curriculum implementation, teaching methods, and student engagement. Regularly reviewing and updating existing math materials based on performance data and feedback from the field will be necessary to enhance the curriculum's effectiveness. As a Math Curriculum Developer, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education or a related field and 2 to 5 years of experience in teaching or curriculum development. A strong conceptual understanding of math topics across different grades is required, along with the ability to create structured and outcome-based content for each grade. Familiarity with math pedagogy and classroom implementation practices is important, as well as proficiency in working with digital tools and educational software. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the Mumbai location.
