As an experienced Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience and a B.E/ B. Tech qualification, you will be responsible for designing and developing Fuse and Relay Boxes for Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) in accordance with the defined Technical Policy and Technology Roadmap. Your role involves establishing design standards, defining carryover strategies for the submodule, and overseeing the engineering process to ensure alignment with project Quality, Cost, and Timing (QCT) requirements. Your responsibilities will include resolving critical issues escalated by ML & SMT Engineers, obtaining Deviation Approvals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory/certification standards such as CMVR, AIS, and ECE. You should possess a deep understanding of automotive systems, functional aspects, design, interfacing, testing, and integration, specifically focusing on EDS V cycle development from concept to production from an OEM perspective. Your expertise in Fuse and Relay box development, Circuit and Simulation, and the use of simulation tools like VESYS and CAPITAL LOGIC will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you should be familiar with Lab Car setups for EDS tests, evaluating supplier proposals, and providing technical recommendations to optimize product development. Knowledge of EDS system design, development based on vehicle features, interactive flow of EDS development in Capital, and internal systems like MINT3 and RMDVV will be beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve functional, cost, weight, timing, and quality targets in Fuse and Relay Box Design & Development.,
