As a Product Designer Specialist, you will define specific product needs based on user insights to ideate solutions that meet user needs. You will create and develop design concepts and specifications that optimize the emotional and functional experience of a product, software, device, or service. This role will allow you to focus on end-to-end user experiences, empathizing and balancing experiences with business and technical tradeoffs. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to research and analyze customer feedback for product enhancements, new designs, and overall design language and strategy. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Engineering to ensure quality and challenge design limitations. - Produce visual designs for a range of products. - Create wireframes, journey maps, and other elements to support interaction design. - Participate in product UX improvements by creating interaction models and acting as a liaison between users and products. - Communicate and present work and learnings to peers and managers within the studio team. - Communicate user needs and recommend ideas to create a compelling product narrative. - Work with creative team members, program managers, and developers to define product features. - Help deliver and ideate product design results by participating in studies and influencing collaborators. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field. - OR equivalent experience in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems. - Experience shipping products, services, or games through an end-to-end design process.,
