Job Title : Product Manager, Agentic AI Location : Bangalore, India (100% WFO) Shift Hours: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm IST Your Responsibilities Platform Vision & Strategy: Define and evangelize the product vision for the Agentic AI Platform. Develop a bold, quarterly roadmap that advances our core AI capabilities, focusing on agent autonomy, reasoning, and omni-channel orchestration. Core Intelligence Engine: Own the product lifecycle for the AI models and systems that constitute our platform&aposs "brain." This includes intent detection, dialogue management, strategic decisioning, and our proprietary Large Collection Model. Scalable AI Services: Define requirements for platform services and APIs that enable internal teams to build, deploy, and iterate on new conversational applications with speed and consistency. Technical Depth & Execution: Collaborate deeply with our world-class AI research, data science, and engineering teams. Translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the platform. State-of-the-Art Integration: Act as the vanguard for new technology. Continuously research and assess the latest advancements in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agentic AI frameworks, driving the integration of SOTA technology into the platform. Data-Driven Decisioning: Define the key performance indicators (KPIs) for our AI platform&aposs effectivenessmeasuring everything from model accuracy and inference speed to strategic outcomes. Use this data to drive the platform&aposs evolution. The Ideal Candidate Have 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex, technical, or platform-level products. Hold a bachelor&aposs degree from a Tier 1 institution in a quantitative or technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics. Thrive on the 0-to-1-to-10 journey; you have a passion for building innovative products from scratch and the strategic grit to scale them into robust, market-defining platforms.
