The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO sector, specifically in B2B sales, and be willing to work during night shifts to cater to our US clientele. Role Description Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales within a BPO environment.
