You will be joining SAP as a Manager Software Engineer in the Data Foundation Services team within Business Data Cloud. Your role will involve leading strategic initiatives to accelerate the development and adoption of seamless integration patterns across SAP applications and the BDC data fabric. As a hands-on technical leader, you will guide a team of senior engineers in building and driving architectural direction, overseeing key integration frameworks, and providing leadership in developing real-time, event-driven, and secure communication solutions across a distributed enterprise landscape. Your expertise in Java, Python, ETL, distributed data processing, Kafka, Cloud-native Development, DevOps, Real-Time Analytics, Intelligent Monitoring, BTP, and Hyperscaler ecosystems will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will mentor teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders across SAP's data platform initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic initiatives, accelerating development and adoption of integration patterns, guiding senior engineers, overseeing integration frameworks, providing hands-on leadership, and collaborating with stakeholders. As part of the Business Data Cloud (BDC) organization at SAP, you will work in a collaborative, inclusive, and high-impact environment in Bangalore, India.
