Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and manage your own time and tasks. Good communication skills in English. Preferred Skills: Experience in Intellicad-based solutions. Familiarity with Visual Studio and Git. Knowledge of Windows Desktop Application Development

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to drive the sales of CMS IntelliCAD software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AutoCAD & comptetion software, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to expand our market share for CMS IntelliCAD & ACCA Software. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for CMS IntelliCAD & ACCA software. Identify and target prospective clients in various industries (e.g., AEC, manufacturing, mechanical design) who could benefit from a cost-effective CAD solution. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities. Lead Generation & Prospecting:Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, industry events, and digital marketing efforts. Qualify leads to determine their needs, budget, authority, and timeline. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of CMS IntelliCAD's features and benefits to potential clients. Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose tailored solutions that address their specific design and budget needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding their CAD software needs. Negotiation & Closing:Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively and efficiently. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure. Sales Reporting & CRM:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, client interactions, and pipeline activities in the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management. Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning:Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of CMS IntelliCAD & ACCA Software and its functionalities, as well as an understanding of competing CAD software. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features of CMS IntelliCAD & ACCA software. Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with technical support, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Qualifications: Education: Diploma OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record in software sales, ideally CAD software or related technical solutions. Experience selling alternative CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, BricysCAD & GstarCAD, ZWCAD) is a significant plus. Experience with AutoCAD or other major CAD platforms is beneficial to understand client needs and comparisons. Skills:Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to use CRM software. Basic technical understanding of CAD software functionalities and common industry applications. Proficiency in Basic English, Gujarati and Hindi is required.
