Responsibilities Design & Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using: Rest and SOAP API’s Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) BI Publisher (BIP) Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Leverage subject areas and data models from Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, or SCM depending on business needs. Build custom data models and enrichments within FAW/OAC for advanced reporting. Develop and optimize SQL queries, data visualizations, and scheduled reports. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all reporting tools. Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and data models. Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and assess impact on reporting/data sources. Required Qualifications At least 8 or more years of Oracle Cloud HCM integration experience required preferably for a large global company. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM). 6+ years of hands-on experience in: Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) OTBI and BI Publisher Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion transactional data models. Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization. Familiarity with KPI design, data storytelling, and user-focused dashboards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
