As a SuccessFactors Consultant at CDP/SP, your main responsibility will be to consult HR best practices by mapping current-state business processes and designing future-state processes. You will be required to align system solutions during requirement gathering and document them as Business Requirements for implementation in SuccessFactors. Additionally, you will provide functional and technical support for integrations and actively participate in sales/presales activities when necessary. Your role will also involve training and coaching junior consultants. It is essential that you are ready to be deployed on projects in various locations, including India (any city/town) and overseas locations such as the Middle East and Africa, with engagement durations of up to 1 month and frequent travels for simultaneous engagements. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of overall HCM experience with specific experience in SuccessFactors and HR domain knowledge. However, domain experience is not mandatory. You should possess good working knowledge of IT services and system development, excellent HCM best practice knowledge, and a broad technical understanding of key SAP functionality and technology. While multiple industry domain knowledge is preferable, it is not mandatory. Additionally, you should have knowledge in system integration and administration, along with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.,
