Excellent documentation, communication, and client interaction skills are also important. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline is required. Certification in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud and experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Self Service Procurement are considered advantageous.
