Integrations Engineer, Agentic AI Platform

Role Overview: You will be an Integrations Engineer on the Agentic AI Platform Integrations team at Trimble, playing a vital role in connecting engineering teams with customers to help them leverage the Agentic AI Platform for solving specific business problems. Your responsibilities will involve educating clients on AI concepts, providing technical guidance, designing tailored solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with clients" technical teams for successful deployment and adoption of the platform. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams, translating feedback into actionable requirements for platform improvements and new features. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the Agentic AI Platform for customers and partners. - Educate clients on AI concepts, terminology, and use-case possibilities. - Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the integration lifecycle. - Design and implement custom technical solutions tailored to meet customer-specific needs. - Develop scripts, tools, and documentation to streamline the integration process. - Act as a key liaison between customers and core engineering teams. - Translate customer feedback and technical challenges into actionable requirements. - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to inform the product roadmap. - Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role. - Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java). - Solid understanding of software systems, APIs (REST, gRPC), and data formats (JSON, Protobuf). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex technical issues. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts is preferred. - Practical experience with agentic AI concepts and frameworks is a plus. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Familiarity with support/bug ticketing systems like Jira. - Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment would be beneficial.
