Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration with third-party applications. Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud security model and role-based access control. Ability to create and manage reports using Oracle BI Publisher or similar reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
